Auto Config always fails.

I have setup my eve as the PDF says. I have Eve window as "EVE". I press the H-Bot auto Config button. Then a second goes by and I get a 3 message boxes one after the other. 1-"Overview AutoConfig failed!" 2- "Local Channel AutonCong failed!" 3- "Target Button AutoConfig failed!"

In the new line in the Log says - 15:35:21|Eve Window Found!

Now what ?  ???

Can you post a picture of your screen?... (Eve Window)

And make sure your'e running eve in windowed mode with Dither OFF. And check your color settings, i.e. everything set to 0, and transparency all the way to to the right. Its easy to rush through and set everything to the left, 0. But if that doesnt fix it then post a screenshot.

before clicking on "autoconfig" select asteroid belts in overwiev and select one of them.

^^^ Yeah, that fixes the target button error, the others are most likely from the bot not being able to find read the local and overview boxes in the eve window. I forgot to mention prob the most important overlooked factor, make sure all of your boxes in eve are UNPINNED and have a black background  ;)

I have the same problem:

"Overview AutoConfig Failed"  then "Drones Folder AutoConfig failed."

Running in window (1920 x 1000)
Widescreen on, dither off.
Font set to 10 dpi.
Colour settings correct.
Windows not pinned
Asteriod selected.
Drones in space open.
Layout almost identical to the screenshot shown in the PDF.

Occasionally autoconfig works. Generally it doesn't.

Very frustrating.

Screenshot. Difficult to see but the Selected Target window is not pinned.

If you just turn the ingame camera a bit so the overview and drone windows' frames become darker the autoconfig will work a lot better.
