risk of ban of H-BOT

Hi! I read on some forum that CCP easy detects bot that retrieve mouse coordinates from eve.
Is H-BOT a bot like these? Or it uses only OCR?

2 years of using h-bot, no ban yet. Ratting almost every day, less than 10 hours a day. Seems like ccp only detects h-bot when it petitioned a lot and they start investigate your behaviour (23 hours ratting is bad).
