Activation email was normally sent to your paypal email address. Check your spam folder. I just sent you a pm with the activation link in case you didn't get the automatic email.

I have no activation mail. Checked spam folder as well.

I also had trouble getting the account confirmation email. It took a few times of hitting the resend button on registering before I ever got one.
