You could run as many clients simultaneously as your rig can handle, you would of course need to use VMware clients to house your eve clients.

You would need to pay 30 euro per bot, or pay for ISK if that option is still available.

Where do people get loads of windows 7/ xp keys for the virtual machines? can i just download xp to a usb stick and find a key gen?

Can't help you with windows, but windows trial runs for 30 days i believe. after 30 days delete the virtul machine and create a new one.

Vmware player is free, so use that.

One way to be able to run multiple accounts at one time on a normal system is with InnerSpace. Feel free to search it out and learn about it. The problem I can see with it is that each window has a different name, and the bot is not set up to be directed to a specific window out of 3 or so running EVE and might just get confused.

What IS is capable of is quite amazing. We used to have full blown WOW bots for all classes that ran via IS, but due to legal issues the Programmer ended allowing WOW bots and eventually all bots from his site. However, you can still find bots for various games that are made to work with IS.

I was having a damnable time with the bot not working properly, but I'm learning more each day. I like to be at my computer, so maybe what I shall do is to use it in fight mode only.

You could refer to this post: http://reboot.gr/index.php?topic=1884.msg11520#msg11520 for more information on VMware and how to set it up, its not an actual guide but i did put in some info on what i did to get several VMware clients up and running for free with Windows 7.

Tiny7 is Windows 7, but only the essentials are in it. So it will reduce cpu / pg use. When installing Tiny7 on Vmware Workstation 7, on the part where it says to enter a serial key, leave it blank and continue with the installation. Once the installation is complete, and it does its first log in, there is a small program in this .ISO that will run and make the Operating System "Genuine".

Download, and Install Hbot. Set it up as normal.

Set all eve settings to low.

Enjoy.

When attempting to install the Tiny7 Operating system, it will say  "Could not detect which operating system is in this disc image. You will need to specify which operating system will be installed."

Simply click 'Next'.

You will then see near the top 'Guest Operating System', Choose Microsoft Windows.

On the 'Version', choose Windows 7.

The next screen is where you type in the product key (leave blank).

Continue with the steps till it starts to install, let it do its thing, including once it hits the desktop, it will need to make your version of windows 'Genuine' so it is activated and all that jazz.

Then continue to install eve / set up Hbot as you normally would

Note that you do need to use Utorrent or just about any other torrent program to download Tiny 7 and the Vmware workstation.

I also have two 3 year old mac computers, does h-bot work on mac's or will i have to run it through vmware on them?
