I've tried, with success i might add, the demo version an everything works just fine, question is, if i fit a capacitor booster will the bot activate it itself when cap is low?

Hello,
No the bot can not activate cap booster on low capacitor. What it'll do it'll detect low cap and warp to a safespot to recharge cap and return hunting. I don't know what ships you can fly but it's not a good choice to have cap booster fitted when ratting in nullsec. It's always better to have a cap stable setup or at least not that cap dependent.
